With the assistance of the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA), four companies that plan to relocate or expand in Greater Las Vegas were recently approved for state incentives by the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) board of directors.
These companies include HAPPIE Home, Premium Waters, Owned Outcomes and Design, LLC. In total, these will bring 125 new jobs to the region over the next five years.
Since Jan., the LVGEA has assisted in the expansion and relocation of 28 companies, projecting a total of more than 4,200 jobs over the next five years.
HAPPIE Home, Inc. – 51 jobs, $35.18 average wage
HAPPIE Home, Inc. (HAPPIE) is considering establishing a headquarters location in Las Vegas to serve its national and global client base. The company is a subscription based, patent-pending technology designed to enable caregivers to monitor those they care for in real-time. HAPPIE utilizes a series of microphones, cameras and speakers in the home to monitor activities of daily living. Its artificial intelligence, machine learning, voice and facial recognition enables HAPPIE to learn the habits, routines, likes and dislikes of the resident.
The LVGEA assisted HAPPIE in the incentive application process and connected the company with community partners including the City of Las Vegas and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Owned Outcomes, Inc. – 12 jobs, $35.15 average wage
Founded in Las Vegas in 2014, Owned Outcomes, Inc. is planning to expand its current facility from 2,000 sq. ft. to a 6,000-plus sq. ft. The company serves healthcare providers and payers in their efforts to deliver accessible, affordable, and applicable care for citizens around the country and to improve healthcare through data insights. Leveraging its proprietary cognitive platform, Bigsense, Owned Outcomes builds intelligent software to help organizations be successful at various forms of value-based care including pinpointing opportunities to episode initiators, engaging with physicians around key initiatives, and supporting patients throughout their episodes to a speedy recovery.

Premium Waters, Inc. – 12 jobs, $22.89 average wage
Premium Waters, Inc., a leading manufacturer of private label bottled water in the U.S., plans to expand its North Las Vegas facility from 160,000 sq. ft. to 290,000 sq. ft. in order to add another Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) line. This expansion will increase plant capacity and distribution to the Western part of the country.
The LVGEA assisted in the incentive application process. Premium Waters chose to expand in Nevada because of its pro business climate, which provides the company with a sustainable location for ongoing strategic growth.
Premium Waters offers spring, drinking, purified, artesian, distilled, fluoride, and well water. The company also offers water cooler systems; single cup brewers and thermal brewing systems for home and office delivery. The company currently operates eight fully‐integrated bottling plants located in the states of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, Texas, Tennessee, Illinois, Mississippi, and Georgia. Design, LLC – 50 jobs, $31.25 average wage
Design, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Google, is planning to build a data center in Henderson, which would power many of Google’s products and services. The company’s infrastructure requirements have increased as its customer base and demand for its products and services have grown. This project would make Nevada an important part of the company’s growth strategy. The proposed data center will primarily service the company’s customers in North America.
